Everything! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was exceptional! From the reception, bar, spa, restaurant, grounds staff. Everyone was super professional yet so personable. The spa facilities as some of the best we've been to. Fantastic variety of pools, saunas Turkish baths in the most beautiful setting. The selection at breakfast was out of this world! We've stayed in 5 star hotels and the quality and variety at times hasn't touched this. Plus fantastic coffee! My mum and I had an evening meal in the restaurant.... the veal was amazingly tender and the pork jowel was so tasty! The rooms are huge and so stylish with everything you'd need and more and the bed and pillows were so comfortable and great quality! .

Everything. It wasn't the first time we stayed at this hotel, but we felt even more welcomed this time. The receptionist offered us late check-out without us asking, to give us more time to enjoy the hotel facilities. The Spa and rooftop jacuzzi were fantastic and we had an unforgettable 3-hour dinner at their restaurant and pampered by their staff. Even the chef came out to greet us! The lady who served us could speak mandarin so could explain the menu in detail to my Hong Kong friends who don't speak Italian. And then there was the breakfast which used to be served in the restaurant, but they have since refurbished this grand room at the side to be used as the breakfast room which is very beautiful, and the breakfast was superb! We're already planning our next stay when we drive down to Italy in October!

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Hotel Castrocaro. The rich history of the hotel added so much character, and the thermal spa was absolutely rejuvenating. A perfect blend of elegance, relaxation, and heritage. Special mention to the bartender at the Lounge Bar Cini – incredibly skilled and welcoming, his cocktails were a real highlight of our evening!

This is an amazing hotel, clean, large and bright rooms. Especially the staff was amazing and a guy named Antonio who was attentive to every question helped in an unusual way and gave us a feeling of home. Everything we asked for we got. We have no words for the most recommended hotel. I wish for every hotel in the world. And a very personal thank you to Antonio!!

The whole hotel is super nice and stylish great outdoor area and our favorite was the rooftop sun terrace with bar and whirlpool. The indoor spa was amazing as well lots of different saunas and steam baths. All very relaxed and sophisticated vibe
